Dirga Pranayama

Dirga Pranayama is a three-part breath that uses three parts of your abdomen. It’s a continuous breath in and out of your nose. It begins in the area just above your belly button, then moves to the lower half of your ribcage, and then finally ends up just above your sternum. When you’ve mastered it, it should feel like your breath is moving in a wave. This breathing technique is excellent for bringing about calm and relaxation
